Terms & Conditions


EXCHANGES:

We will ship any exchanges free-of-charge. If an exchange must occur due to an error on the part of Gladiator Sports, then the exchange or replacement shipping costs will be covered by Gladiator Sports.

RETURNS:
  • All returns and exchanges MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED by the management of Gladiator Sports (Gladiator Polo) prior to the return.  IF YOU RETURN an item to Gladiator Sports without  pre-authorization your right to refund, replacement, or exchange could be waived.
  • A 10% restock fee applies unless waived by management and, depending on the circumstances, the restock fee may be reserved as store credit to be used by the original purchaser.

CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER GOODS

Allow adequate time for custom orders. This will vary by product. All custom orders require a at least a 50% deposit with each order and the balance upon completion. Custom and personalized merchandise is non-returnable. All sizes, spelling and details should be checked and confirmed in writing at the time of order.

If buyer for some reason requires a cancellation of a custom (such as boots) order, then a 50% restock fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Regarding bespoke fit items: we will remake the boots or shoes if they do not fit to replace the original - if we are at fault. 

A 25-40% re-stock fee will be assessed on made-to-order items. Depending on the circumstances, the restock fee may be reserved as store credit to be used by the original purchaser.

Rush Orders

We do offer rush orders for urgent orders. If they need to be canceled, the buyer will have to forfeit any surcharges related to rush ordering on made-to-order or custom items.

General Returns for Stock Items (Custom, Non-Custom and Non-Made-To-Order)

Item Return Manufacturing Authorization must be requested within 2 working weeks of purchase (delivery of item). Any returns beyond this period will be predicated upon the management's discretion. 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

  • The defect must be verified by Gladiator Sports. Determination of the defect is at the sole discretion of Gladiator Sports management.
  • Defective items will be replaced by Gladiator Sports at no additional charge.
  • IF YOU RETURN an item to Gladiator Sports without  pre-authorization your right to refund, replacement, or exchange could be waived. 

RETURNS TURNAROUND:

  • Domestic buyers have 14 days to return their purchase (shipments must be postmarked by this deadline)
  • International buyers: please contact us to discuss returns (this may vary depending on the nature of the order)
